Privacy, Terms & Support

What the game uses, what it never keeps, the rules that keep the Park friendly, and how to get help.

Last updated November 3, 2026

Pinch Park™ ("the game", "we", "us") is a social game for Apple Vision Pro where players build a character, decorate a house, hang out at the Park and play table games together. This policy explains what information the game uses, why, who it's shared with, and the choices and rights you have. Pinch Park is made by Pinch Park LLC, a Washington limited liability company, which is responsible for your information. You can reach us at support@pinchpark.com.

The short version: we don't sell or share your data for advertising, show ads, or track you. We don't run our own servers that store your gameplay. Voice and chat go live to nearby players and are never recorded or stored by us. Your progress stays on your device and in your own iCloud. The only personal information we ever receive is what's in a player report or an email you choose to send us.

Information the game uses

Game Center
Your Game Center display name and player ID, used to find friends and match you with other players at the Park. Apple's Game Center privacy policy also applies.
Voice chat
When you're near other players, your microphone audio is streamed live to them so you can talk. Voice is not recorded or stored by us, and we can't listen to it. You can mute your mic at any time, and the game only uses the microphone after you allow it.
Head and hand tracking
The direction your head faces and tilts, and the position of your hands, move your character and are shared live with nearby players so they can see you look around, wave and high-five. This is used only to animate your character in real time. It is not stored, not used to identify you, and not a scan of your face, hands or body. We don't collect biometric identifiers or biometric information, and Apple doesn't give apps access to where your eyes look, your camera, or your surroundings.
Chat bubbles and names
Short messages you type, and the name you give your character, are shown live to nearby players. Bad words, contact details (emails, phone numbers, links, social media handles) and requests to move to other apps are filtered out, on your device and on theirs. We don't store chats.
Photos you hang in your house
If you hang your own photo on a wall, a small copy is sent to the people visiting your house so they can see it. It isn't sent to anyone at the Park, isn't shown to players in kid-safe mode, and isn't stored by us. Photos hung by players under 13 are never sent to anyone. Your photos are deleted with Delete My Data.
Your game progress
Your character, coins, items, house and friends list are saved on your device and, if you're signed in to iCloud, in your private iCloud storage so they follow you to a new device. We can't read your iCloud data.
Purchases
Handled entirely by Apple. We never see your name, payment details or billing address.
Player reports and emails to us
If you report a player, the game prepares an email to us with their name and player ID, the reason, any details you write, and your character name and player ID, so we can review it and reply. You send it from the Mail app, so we also receive your email address. If Mail isn't set up, a copy is put on your clipboard so you can send it another way. The same applies to any support email you send us.
Age question
On first launch the game asks your birth year and keeps only an age group (under 13, 13–17, or 18+) on your device and in your iCloud. The birth year itself isn't saved, and the age group is never sent to us.
Ban list
To keep banned players out, the game downloads a short list of banned Game Center player IDs from our web host when it opens and every few minutes at the Park. Nothing about you is sent with that request beyond what any web request includes (your IP address, which the host may log briefly).
Screen Time
If a parent has limited multiplayer games or messaging in Screen Time, the game follows those settings: no matchmaking with other players, and no voice or typed chat.

Why we use it (legal bases)

We use information to run the game you asked to play (providing the service), to keep players safe and enforce our rules (our legitimate interest in a safe community, and yours), with your permission where the system asks for it (microphone, hand tracking), and where the law requires us to (for example, responding to a valid legal request).

Who we share it with

What we don't do

How long we keep it

Game progress stays on your device and in your iCloud until you delete it. Player reports and support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle them and keep players safe, and no longer than 2 years, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Banned player IDs stay on the ban list until the ban ends.

Children

Apple recommends Apple Vision Pro for ages 13 and up; younger children should only use it with a parent's permission and supervision. Players under 13 automatically get kid-safe mode: no voice chat in or out, no typed chat with other players (quick phrases only), no trading, no photos from other players, and gifts only from friends they've added. Buying coins needs a grown-up to answer a parent check first, and Apple's Ask to Buy also applies. Players 13–17 start with voice chat from friends only. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you're a parent and think we've received your child's information (for example, in an email or report), contact us and we'll delete it.

Your choices and rights

Where information is handled

We're in the United States. If you play from another country, the limited information we receive (reports and emails) is handled in the US, where privacy laws may differ from yours.

Security

Online messages between players travel through Apple's Game Center and SharePlay services, and the game size-checks and rate-limits them. We keep what we receive to a minimum. No system is perfectly secure, so please never share passwords or personal details in the game.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the game uses information, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect. If a change is significant, we'll also let players know in the game.
